IDEA’s one-task devices are the essence of our modular technology performing several tasks such as

IdeaDigest is a bioprocess system for carrying out test and studies in the Biogas technical field. We have introduced a special glass vessel (2L, 3L, 4 L) with an inlet port for high solid feed, a slurry discharge port with a ball valve and a powerful 2 Nm stepper motor with a magnetic coupling mechanism with the internal shaft. IDEAFLOW and optionally a CH4% meter is supplied for measuring the biogas production.
