The pH-stat respirometer is a useful device to extimate process kinetics in fermentations and other processes (e.g., Denitrification) where pH varies. A pump doses a base/acid solution to keep constant the pH and the amount of the solution dosed per unit of time represents the respiration rate. Ask for more information.
